Returns & Exchanges

At Tropaa, each piece is made just for you — thoughtfully handcrafted, not mass-produced. As a small-batch, made-on-order brand, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds. But we’re always here to make it right if something’s not as promised.

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges only in the case of:

  • Wrong size received

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Damaged or defective product (must be reported within 3 days)
     

If your situation fits any of the above, drop us a message at connect@tropaa.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please include your order number, a photo of the product, and your concern — We will get back to you.

Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags intact.

  • Reverse pickup is unavailable and you will have to send the product back.
     

What Can’t Be Exchanged

  • Custom-sized or altered pieces

  • Sale items or discounted products

  • Orders where the exchange request comes after 48 hours of delivery


Why We Don’t Offer Returns
Every Tropaa outfit is made-to-order — stitched only when you choose it. This helps us reduce waste, avoid excess inventory, and stay true to slow fashion. We hope you’ll understand and support this small step toward a more mindful fashion future.
